Do Dolce & Gabbana Shop Brimfield Flea?

Or is it vice-versa? One would think so based on two trends found at the Brimfield flea market earlier this week.

One of the more obvious trends was Bridal Trousseau, which may sound familiar as I featured it as a Spring 11 runway theme from Dolce & Gabbana on Fashion Snoops. White, white and more white was found across many vintage maxi dresses with an emphasis on lace, openwork or eyelet. Crisp white vintage bras also tap into this trend.

And guess who’s headed for a Garden Picnic?

D&G of course! How could we ever forget their Spring 11 collection, otherwise known as the Spring Pickings theme on Fashion Snoops. Cherry red and white make a classic gingham statement, while a full mid-calf skirt featured the pattern in a patchwork motif against flowers and polka dots.
