When Runway Hits The Pavement

In the midst of Resort 2011 madness in New York, earlier this week Cynthia Rowley took her collection to the streets, literally. Mindful of editors’ busy schedules, Rowley took her show on the road in a bus filled with models, which made stops at the Conde Nast and Hearst buildings. Her roadside antics weren’t just for press though – all was on view to the public who was also permitted to take photos. Yet another example of fashion getting up close and personal with consumers. Oh and someone totally needs to DIY the scrapbook-y cube shoes pronto!
