All The Kinder For It

Fall 11, Kinder Aggugini

Kinder Aggugini. Name not ring a bell? Just wait. London’s “master of tailoring and rock and roll edge” comes from stints at Galliano, Versace and Calvin Klein. He’s been on the London design scene for 4 years with his namesake collection. Aggugini’s Fall 11 collection combined his signature femme-meets-punk (plus tailoring) aesthetic and some key takeaways were color blocking, ombre effects, pencil skirts and let’s not forget the gorgeous maxi floral dress with front slit and a sequin harness.

Runway aside, Macy’s recently teamed up with Aggugini for the first-ever capsule collection for the retailer’s (young) contemporary Impulse department. Here are some of my favorite looks from the collaboration with highlights including a boucle military jacket, biker jacket and kimono style printed dresses and tops. Prices range from $40 – $140 and the 28-piece collection for Spring 11 is all available here.
